With four years’ experience as a lawyer in the Fintech sector, Clara Zerbib assists French and foreign companies with the regulatory compliance of their activities: digital asset services and token issuance (French PACTE Law and MiCA), payment services (PSD), e-money issuance and management (EMD), asset management (AIFMD), investment services (MIFIR/MIFID), AML-CFT obligations (AMLD), gambling and gaming.
Clara also represents clients in registration and licensing procedures, and in supervisory proceedings before the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) and the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution (ACPR).
In addition, Clara has developed an expertise in the negotiation and drafting of complex contracts, including licensing agreements, service provision agreements, token sales contracts, as well as general terms and conditions of sale.
