De Gaulle Fleurance advises Coinhouse on obtaining its PSCA accreditation

Deals 21 May 2026

De Gaulle Fleurance advised Coinhouse, a pioneer in crypto-asset services in France, on obtaining its Crypto-Asset Service Provider (PSCA) accreditation from the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).

Thanks to this accreditation, granted under the MiCA (Crypto-Assets Markets) regulation, Coinhouse is now fully compliant with European regulatory requirements and can offer its crypto-asset services across all Member States of the European Union.

As a reminder, Coinhouse has been registered as a Digital Asset Service Provider (PSAN) with the AMF since 2020. Obtaining the PSCA accreditation is a natural progression of this regulatory compliance process and confirms Coinhouse’s position as a key player in the crypto-asset sector in France.

Coinhouse is thus among the authorized providers of a wide range of crypto-asset services, including in particular the exchange of crypto-assets for funds and other crypto-assets, their custody and administration, the execution of orders involving crypto-assets, and the transfer of crypto-assets on behalf of clients. The company is also authorized to provide high-value-added services, such as crypto-asset advisory and crypto-asset portfolio management.

These activities build on more than ten years of expertise developed by Coinhouse in the field of crypto-assets, serving retail, corporate and institutional clients.

Thanks to this accreditation, Coinhouse is continuing its expansion across Europe. Its services are already available in several French-speaking markets, notably in Belgium and Luxembourg, and the company intends to continue rolling out it’s offering to retail, corporate and institutional investors in the coming months.

Coinhouse was advised throughout the accreditation process by our lawyers Anne Maréchal (Partner), Julie Bader, Adam Stolcz, Irène L’Homme and Clara Zerbib.

Anne Maréchal – Partner at De Gaulle Fleurance “Obtaining PSCA accreditation marks a crucial step for Coinhouse, which can now operate within a robust and harmonized regulatory framework across Europe. This authorization illustrates the importance of an approach based on regulatory foresight, compliance and strategic support for players in the crypto-asset sector. We are delighted to have supported Coinhouse in this new phase of its development.”
