Lawyer

Béatrice specializes in contract law and energy law. With a doctorate in private law, she wrote a thesis entitled “La vente d’électricité d’origine renouvelable : exemple de l’industrie éolienne terrestre” (The sale of electricity from renewable sources: example of the onshore wind power industry), which enabled her to acquire expertise in power purchase agreements and on the electricity market.
She is active in structuring and setting up renewable energy projects, with a particular focus on power purchase agreements, capacities valorisation contracts and aggregation contracts, as well as state support mechanisms (obligation d’achat and complément de rémunération).
