De Gaulle Fleurance advises VSB France on the signing of 5 renewable electricity supply contracts with Carrefour

VSB France, an independent producer of electricity from renewable sources, has announced the signature of five long-term renewable electricity supply contracts (Corporate PPA) with the Carrefour Group.

The agreement covers 5 wind and photovoltaic farms: Eoliennes de Guehenno (Brittany) and Eoliennes de Fadoumal (Occitanie); Soleil de Gaujac (Occitanie), Soleil d’Izernore (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes) and Soleil de Balsac (Occitanie), with a total installed capacity of 43.3 MW, equivalent to the annual consumption of 26 hypermarkets.

VSB France was advised in this transaction by partner Sylvie Perrin and legal advisor Béatrice Boisnier of De Gaulle Fleurance.
