De Gaulle Fleurance advises NEoT Green Mobility and Allocab on the financing of a fleet of 550 Tesla Model Y and the launch of the Vao Car offer
De Gaulle Fleurance advised NEoT Green Mobility and Allocab in this partnership to develop the largest fleet of 100% electric vehicles dedicated to mobility.
The aim of this €26.5m financing is to develop 2,000 electric vehicles across France. It will initially enable the creation of a fleet of 550 Tesla Model Ys and the launch of the Vao Car offer: an all-in-one rental package for the Tesla Model Y, including insurance, maintenance and an extended battery warranty.
This fully integrated, low-carbon mobility solution will help drivers make the transition to electric vehicles, while supporting corporate sustainability strategies.
In this transaction, NEoT Green Mobility and Allocab were advised by Sylvie Perrin, Georgie Courtois, partners, Lionel Attal, senior counsel, Alexandra Nowak, and Pierre Bouijoux, lawyers at De Gaulle Fleurance.
“This type of partnership is likely to multiply in the future, to enable the emergence of players like Allocab and NEoT, committed to decarbonizing transport thanks to adapted and flexible financing”,
explain Sylvie Perrin and Georgie Courtois, partners at De Gaulle Fleurance.
