De Gaulle Fleurance advises BPCE Energéco and Crédit Agricole Transitions & Energies on the financing of two photovoltaic power plants developed by Rubis Photosol
De Gaulle Fleurance advised BPCE Energéco and Crédit Agricole Transitions & Énergies as mandated arrangers in connection with the €39 million financing for the construction of two photovoltaic power plants with a combined capacity of over 45 MW located in Allier and Lot-et-Garonne.
The power plants will be located in the municipalities of Chevagnes (Allier, 03) and Saint-Aubin (Lot-et-Garonne, 47).
The electricity produced by the Chevagnes plant, with an installed capacity of 31 MW, will be sold to Aéroports de Paris (ADP) through a corporate PPA. This is the second such contract signed between Rubis Photosol and ADP and the seventh signed by Rubis Photosol to date.
The Saint-Aubin plant, with an installed capacity of 14 MW, is an example of the redevelopment of a degraded site through the transformation of a former limestone quarry into a renewable energy production facility.
Jonathan Souffir, partner at De Gaulle Fleurance, advised the mandated arrangers to set up this financing.
“We are proud to have once again advised the banking partners of Rubis Photosol in this transaction, which demonstrates Rubis Photosol’s ability to optimize the value of its photovoltaic projects,” said Jonathan Souffir.
