Mounira Coulibaly, a licensed legal counsel in Côte d’Ivoire, brings in-depth expertise in business law, acquired over many years of practice in Côte d’Ivoire and internationally.
As a partner in an Abidjan-based law firm, Mounira Coulibaly advised the State of Côte d’Ivoire on complex sovereign debt transactions and loan agreements, assisted companies on OHADA law issues and represented clients in litigation before the Abidjan Commercial Court and in arbitration proceedings.
Over the course of her career, Mounira Coulibaly has also acquired significant experience in international arbitration and financing, consolidating her expertise in business law and complex litigation.
Mounira Coulibaly holds a Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law, and a Bachelor’s of Art in Law and Society from American University in Washington DC, graduating with honors. Mounira Coulibaly is licensed as a Legal Counsel in Côte d’Ivoire and is bilingual in French and English, enabling her to intervene effectively in complex international cases, particularly in West Africa.
