De Gaulle Fleurance advised Q-Park on the purchase of the Mazelle parking lot and the takeover of the Paixhans parking lot.
De Gaulle Fleurance has assisted Q-Park, a major player in new urban mobility and parking in France, in its acquisition of SNC Parking Mazelle, holder of the Délégation de Service Public du Parking Mazelle et du Parking Paixhans
This acquisition is Q-Park’s third development project in the Grand-Est region and gives it a 26-year contract with the Metz metropolitan authority.
With these two new acquisitions, Q-Park now manages a total of 4 parking lots in Metz, including the Aubertin and Boulevard de Trèves parking lots, as well as the CHRU car park and the Kinepolis cinema in Nancy.
These two new facilities, which represent a total capacity of almost 700 spaces, will enable users to take advantage of an important number of services, including 24/7 accessibility, a space reservation service, 14 new charging stations for electric and hybrid vehicles, ….
Q-Park was advised by De Gaulle Fleurance (Henri-Nicolas Fleurance, Agnès Macaire, partners, and Aurélien Djafari-Rouhani, senior counsel).
“We are proud to have accompanied Q-Park in its development towards an ever more modern and efficient urban mobility service”,
explain Henri-Nicolas Fleurance and Agnès Macaire, partners at De Gaulle Fleurance.
