De Gaulle Fleurance assists the Wigl and Feel Mining platforms in obtaining their CASP authorisation

Deals 31 July 2026

De Gaulle Fleurance advised BLOCKCHAIN PROCESS SECURITY, the operator of the Wigl and Feel Mining platforms, on obtaining their Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) authorization issued by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). This decision enables them to offer their crypto-asset services throughout the European Union in accordance with the MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets) Regulation.

Obtaining this authorization marks a major step in the development of the Wigl and Feel Mining platforms. The scope of these platforms is to make investment in crypto-assets more accessible to retail investors.  Issued under the MiCA Regulation, it certifies their compliance with the European regulatory requirements applicable to crypto-asset service providers and enables them to operate across all Member States of the European Union.

Wigl also issues a payment card as a payment service provider agent, enabling it to offer a comprehensive range of services to its customers.

Thanks to this authorization, Wigl and Feel Mining are authorized to provide a wide range of crypto-asset services, including in particular:

  • the safekeeping and administration of crypto-assets on behalf of clients;
  • the exchange of crypto-assets for funds;
  • the exchange of crypto-assets for other crypto-assets;
  • the execution of orders relating to crypto-assets on behalf of clients;
  • the management of crypto-asset portfolios on behalf of third parties;
  • the provision of crypto-asset transfer services on behalf of clients.

This authorization illustrates the growing influence of French crypto-asset firms within the new European regulatory framework and confirms their ability to offer services that meet the high standards of compliance and investor protection set by MiCA.

Wigl and Feel Mining were supported throughout the authorization process by the lawyers at De Gaulle Fleurance – Anne Maréchal, partner, Julie Bader and Clara Zerbib, with the assistance of Antoine Benoist, legal adviser.

Anne Maréchal, a partner at De Gaulle Fleurance, said: “Obtaining the CASP authorization for the Wigl and Feel Mining platforms marks a decisive step in their development. This new regulatory environment provides market participants with a harmonized framework at European level, fostering investor confidence and the development of innovative services relating to crypto-assets. We are delighted to have supported Wigl and Feel Mining through this strategic phase.”
