Mathilde Varet advises French and international clients on white-collar criminal litigation, tax criminal law, and corporate and liability disputes.

She is recognized for her strategic insight and her ability to handle complex matters, particularly in the context of investigations conducted by the French National Financial Prosecutor’s Office (Parquet national financier) and administrative authorities, as well as during negotiated proceedings (CJIP and CRPC), internal investigations, and crisis situations.
