Didier
Dalin

Specialising in business litigation and alternative dispute resolution, in particular commercial mediation, Didier Dalin has joined De Gaulle Fleurance as Of Counsel. He assists business leaders and family shareholders in preventing and resolving complex commercial and inheritance disputes, as well as in protecting, structuring and transferring their assets.

A recognised mediator and litigation practitioner, he combines courtroom experience with tailored mediation and negotiation strategies to achieve pragmatic and sustainable solutions to complex conflicts.

Director of the Centre for the Resolution of Professional Disputes of the Paris Bar since 2011, and a former member of both the French Competition Council and the National Consultative Commission on Human Rights, he brings together high-level practice, in-depth knowledge of institutional and regulatory issues and a hands-on approach to complex wealth management matters.
