Examples of Support

We assisted a facial recognition software company in evaluating the compliance of its software with the GDPR, the Police Laws Directive, and French legislation. We helped our client understand the French administrative procedure, the main issues of this procedure, and assess the potential impacts on their activities in France.

We supported our client in the construction and operation of the first transatlantic submarine cable, a strategic project to secure industrial and technological exchanges between two continents. This cable will significantly reduce telecommunication costs while providing digital continuity between the territories involved. It will also play a key role in supporting the activities of an important space center and contribute to reducing infrastructure costs for users of this network.

We conducted a comprehensive audit of the telecommunications sector for a government and proposed reforms, including a privatization project for the public operator. We also contributed to developing the legal framework for international telecommunications to support modernization and liberalization of the sector, aiming to improve competitiveness and foster innovation.

We assisted a subsidiary operator in renegotiating its long-term service contract with a historical operator, which was crucial for our client.

We assisted a U.S.-based debt and investment fund in analyzing French regulations and market trends in electronic communications as part of a dispute involving a major French telecom operator and its creditors.
