Legal Counsel - Senior Manager

With 5 years’ experience at the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), Adam Stolcz now works with companies on issues relating to regulatory compliance for crypto-assets and financial instruments.
During his time at the AMF, Adam Stolcz worked in the Fintech, Innovation and Competitiveness Division (now Innovation and Digital Finance) before joining the Markets Division as a portfolio manager. Adam Stolcz was responsible for the registration and authorisation of digital asset service providers (DASPs) and the supervision of a portfolio of investment firms.
At De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés, Adam Stolcz advises fintechs in the field of crypto-assets, stablecoins and financial instruments, and has been involved in obtaining authorisation for electronic money institutions (stablecoin issuers), and authorisations and registrations as digital asset service providers.
He holds a Master 2 in European Business Law from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon – Assas, and a doctorate in law, where he studied the various means of financing start-ups.
Adam Stolcz speaks French, English, Hungarian and Chinese.
