De Gaulle Fleurance advises Van Lys Bank, the investment bank of Caisse d’Epargne Hauts-de-France, on the financing of Spacinov’s first LBO
De Gaulle Fleurance has advised Van Lys Bank, the investment bank of Caisse d’Epargne Hauts de France, on the financing of the first LBO of Spacinov, the company behind the Spacivox SaaS platform. This transaction marks the entry of Quilvest Capital Partners as a shareholder in the company to support its development in France and internationally.
Founded in Lille, Spacinov operates Spacivox, a SaaS platform dedicated to the management of B2C debt collection. Quilvest Capital Partners’ entry as a major shareholder forms part of an initial LBO/MBO designed to support the company’s growth ambitions. This partnership is intended, in particular, to support the platform’s development, investment in artificial intelligence and the company’s expansion into new markets.
De Gaulle Fleurance acted with Van Lys Bank in structuring and negotiating the financing documentation for this LBO transaction. This transaction illustrates the dynamism of private equity deals in the software sector and the essential role of bank financing in supporting technology companies with high growth potential.
Van Lys Bank was assisted by lawyers from De Gaulle Fleurance: May Jarjour, partner, and Louis Ngamou, associate.
