Marilyn Benichou acts as Associate Notary.
After 15 years working in various Parisian notary firms, she opened her office in 2019 in Laval (Mayenne). She joined de Gaulle Fleurance in 2022, where she is known to have worked as Senior Counsel from 2015 to 2017. Fully bilingual, she mainly assists institutional and investor clients, with a French and international clientele.
Her highly transversal practice covers real estate law, property law and private international law and accompanies and facilitates the execution of transactions that require both the advice of lawyers and notaries as well as the notarial authentication of deeds (security, assignment of property rights, etc. ).
