Louisa Imatte’s practice focuses on distribution law, competition law, consumer law and contract law, both advisory and litigation.
She assists companies in negotiating, drafting and implementing their commercial relationships (BtoB and BtoC), in managing distribution networks, and in dealing with competition issues (merger control, anti-competitive practices and abuse of dominant position, unfair competition, parasitism) as well as consumer issues (advertising and sales promotion, consumer contracts, distance selling, labelling).
