Agnès Macaire has developed particular expertise in public-private partnerships and project finance. She assists public law bodies or private entities (sponsors, financial investors and lenders) within the context of award or performance of partnership contracts or concession contracts relating to public buildings, transport infrastructures, electronic communication networks, sport facilities, etc.
