Initiated of De Gaulle Fleurance Avocats Notaires, SPATIO aims to become the benchmark think tank for the space sector in Europe, promoting innovation and collaboration between companies, institutions, and academia.
SPATIO is aimed at all players in the sector, private and public (lawyers, financiers, institutions, engineers, scientists, and researchers), based in Europe.
The think tank hosts a wide range of eventsand supports working groups organized around key current topics for the space industry.
A non-profit association serving the general interest, SPATIO is a both a network and a forum for dialogue and reflection, with the aim of finding solutions to strengthen the European space sector. Thematic working groups, defined in consultation with members, will formulate recommendations along these lines.
“We felt it was necessary to create a space for dialogue and a platform for reflection dedicated to the space sector”, explains Laetitia Cesari, legal counsel at De Gaulle Fleurance and president of SPATIO. “With this think tank, we aim to build bridges between industry professionals and ensure that the voice of space players in France and Europe is heard. The aim is to identify the needs and interests involved in strengthening the sector, and to communicate its importance at all levels.
