De Gaulle Fleurance advised the shareholders of the NAUTILUS Group on its sale

PRESSE RELEASE

The NAUTILUS group has been acquired by Steve Burggraf (founder of Big Fernand) and Mathias Dosne (former president of Mondelez France). They are supported by the investment fund “Croissance PME 1” managed by AMDG Private Equity.

The NAUTILUS group is a key player in seafood products (canned crab, smoked salmon, etc.), mainly present in supermarkets (60% of its turnover).

Through the NAUTILUS CHEF and SAUMEXTRA brands, the group is also an important national partner for restaurant owners, an activity that represents 40% of its turnover. The development of new ranges for the restaurant industry will be a strategic focus for the new owners.

Based in Paris, the NAUTILUS group employs 80 people and has a turnover of nearly 47 million euros.

De Gaulle Fleurance (Jean-Christophe Amy and Vincent Schmitt, partners, and Bertille de Bayser, associate), assisted the shareholders of the NAUTILUS group in this transaction.
