Legal Counsel

Margaux Lestringuez joined De Gaulle Fleurance et Associés in 2022 as a legal counsel specialising in trademark law and, more broadly, industrial property. Her practice focuses on the protection and development of industrial property rights, in particular trademarks, designs and domain names. She assists clients with the strategic and operational management of their trademark portfolios, both in France and internationally. Her assignments cover all stages in the life of trademarks: filing, protection and defence, as well as the conduct of related administrative or litigation proceedings.
Before joining De Gaulle Fleurance, Margaux Lestringuez worked as a lawyer in an industrial property consultancy.
