Hans-Jürgen GOISIER has dual specialisation in employment law and social security and remuneration law. As part of his employment law practice, he advises companies on mergers, acquisitions and restructuring, manages and monitors their employment tribunal cases, and represents them before the relevant courts. He also has recognised expertise in the field of remuneration and assists companies in the design and implementation of employee share ownership schemes, particularly in relation to employee savings schemes and the allocation of bonus shares.
Following several roles at leading law firms with teams specialising in employment law in France, Hans-Jürgen joined De Gaulle Fleurance Avocats & Associés as an associate in 2026.
