De Gaulle Fleurance EMEA promotes Racha Wylde to Partner
Based in the firm’s Abu Dhabi office, Racha Wylde advises investors from the Middle East and Europe on opportunities in the Gulf countries, Europe, and Africa, working closely with De Gaulle Fleurance attorneys in Côte d’Ivoire and Senegal. Her clients value her international experience (she is trilingual in English, Arabic, and French), her ability to build trusting relationships, as well as her dedication and meticulous approach in handling cases.
Racha Wylde has extensive experience in business law, particularly in financing, corporate law (including mergers and acquisitions), and commercial contracts. She began her career at Société Générale, where she worked for five years in international asset financing. She joined De Gaulle Fleurance in 2017 and moved to the group’s Abu Dhabi office in 2021.
Today, she advises international companies on their projects in the energy and technology (AI) sectors in the Middle East, Europe, emerging markets, and across the African continent, working closely with De Gaulle Fleurance attorneys based in Abidjan and Dakar. She handles complex cases at the intersection of multiple sectors that require a wide range of legal expertise.
Racha Wylde grew up in Lebanon. She studied law in Beirut and then in France and is a member of the Beirut and Paris bars. Her international background is a key asset in the relationships she builds with her clients.
“I am honored by this promotion and would like to thank the partners at De Gaulle Fleurance,” says Racha Wylde, partner at De Gaulle Fleurance. “Economic flows between the Middle East and high-growth emerging markets, particularly Africa and Latin America, are on the rise. Our clients, whether private or public entities, can count on our recognized expertise in business law to support their operations in these strategic geographic regions.”
“We congratulate Racha on this promotion, which recognizes her hard work, responsiveness, and remarkable adaptability,” said Jean-Baptiste Santelli, a member of the executive committee at De Gaulle Fleurance. “Racha’s international experience allows her to easily build strong relationships with the investors we support in their projects in the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. She is a valuable asset to our group.”
