De Gaulle Fleurance advises lenders on the financing of Cabi Group’s acquisition of Maison de l’Eleveur
De Gaulle Fleurance advised Caisse d’Epargne et de Prévoyance d’Auvergne et du Limousin, Caisse d’Epargne et de Prévoyance de Midi Pyrénées, Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel Nord Midi-Pyrénées and Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel du Nord Est on the financing of the acquisition of Maison de l’Eleveur by Cabi Group.
Based in the Tarn region, Cabi Group, a French manufacturer of modular livestock equipment and buildings delivered in kit form, has acquired La Maison de l’Éleveur, a distributor of sheet metal and larger livestock buildings based in the Ardennes region. This acquisition enables Cabi Group to strengthen and expand its offering, while doubling its scope of activity.
May Jarjour, partner, and Vahan Guevorkian, senior manager, at De Gaulle Fleurance, advised the lenders on the financing of this transaction, with the lender pool arranged by Caisse d’Epargne Auvergne Limousin (Kilian Khenifar).
