De Gaulle Fleurance advised Sodero Gestion on the structuring of the regional fund Sodero Equilibre

Sodero Gestion, a major player in private equity in Western France, continues to raise funds for Sodero Equilibre, a regional fund dedicated to helping companies of Western France make the ecological transition.

The Caisse d’Epargne Bretagne Pays de Loire, Banque des Territoires, Groupama Loire Bretagne and Caisse d’Epargne Capital are among the investors in Sodero Equilibre.

As of today, the fund has made two investments, the first in Nantes for Faguo, committed to more sustainable fashion and the fight against climate change, and the second in Quimper for Polaris, a manufacturer of omega 3 from micro-algae.

De Gaulle Fleurance (Mireille Mull-Jochem, associate) advised Sodero Gestion in the structuring of this “Article 9” classified fund.
