De Gaulle Fleurance have advised La Caisse d’Epargne Hauts de France in the financing of the acquisition of office spaces by Foncière Magellan from Le Luxe Français

Foncière Magellan has acquired some twenty buildings owned by OPPCI ARI from Le Luxe Français (ex-Beauvau Capital).

Le Luxe Français (formerly Beauvau Capital) has sold some 20 properties owned by OPPCI ARI to Foncière Magellan. Foncière Magellan, acting on behalf of its funds FPCI Immoval 2022 and FPCI Immobilier de Demain, has acquired the entire OPPCI ARI portfolio, financed by equity and debt made available by Caisse d’Epargne Hauts de France.
