After practicing as a lawyer at Jacquin Maruani, a law firm specializing in commercial leases, Laura Chemla joined De Gaulle Fleurance Avocats Notaires in 2019.
Laura Chemla specializes in various areas of real estate law. She mainly advises on the negotiation of commercial leases (including future state of completion), real estate transactions (acquisition and sale of assets), construction contracts and real estate development.
Laura is also involved in the land-related aspects of renewable energies, assisting operators, developers and owners in negotiating civil, long-term or construction leases.
