François-Poncet

Lawyer - Of Counsel

Raphaële François-Poncet led the Public M&A and ECM practice for the Europe/MENA region at an international law firm, advising issuers, financial institutions and investors on high-stakes, often multi-jurisdictional transactions. She was then appointed Managing Partner of a French law firm in the Middle East, where she drove the development of the practice and led cross-border matters, working closely with the region’s regulatory and transactional challenges.

Specialising in international M&A, she advises across the full lifecycle of transactions (structuring, negotiation and execution) and also counsels clients on banking regulatory matters, particularly in contexts involving multiple supervisory authorities. She also serves as a board member of Banque Hottinguer and Wendel Participations, reflecting her governance experience and her strong understanding of the strategic challenges faced by financial and industrial players.
