Romero

Diego has represented clients in international arbitrations under the institutional rules of the ICC, LCIA, and ICSID, as well as in ad-hoc arbitrations under the UNCITRAL Rules, primarily focusing on disputes in Latin America.
He has significant experience in arbitrations related to the mining sector and in commercial disputes stemming from M&A operations, distribution contracts, and concession agreements in the oil and gas, pharmaceutical, and automotive industries.
Additionally, Diego often serves as secretary to arbitral tribunals and is actively involved in various associations dedicated to promoting and developing international arbitration in Latin America.
