De Gaulle Fleurance advised the lenders in the financing acquisition of a building by Edgar Suites

Deals 2 April 2024

De Gaulle Fleurance advised Caisse d’Epargne et de Prévoyance Loire-Centre and La Banque Postale de Loire as lenders, in the financing acquisition of a building by Edgar Suites.

With this transaction, Edgar Suites, developer and operator of high-standards hotel residences, is continuing its development close to Paris, in Clichy, following recent acquisitions in Levallois-Perret, Cannes and Paris XV.

The 4-storey building at 4-6 boulevard Jean Jaurès in Clichy will be demolished to create a new 2,700 m² R+8 residence by 2026, based on an existing building permit.

The Clichy-Jean-Jaurès residence will offer a new living space with 35 Urban Suites, ranging from T2 to T4, equivalent to more than 110 hotel rooms, with balconies on every floor and shared services including a fitness room for travellers.

The lenders were advised by De Gaulle Fleurance (May Jarjour, partner, and Vahan Guevorkian, senior manager).

We’re delighted to have been able to help finance this attractive real estate transaction,”

explains May Jarjour, partner at De Gaulle Fleurance.

The borrower was advised by Archers (Paul-Henri de Cabissole, partner, and Lisa Ould Issa and Pierre Joly, associates).
