Tiphaine Gaubert advises on all matters related to labor law, social management, and restructuring and transformation of businesses for companies operating across various sectors (retail, jewelry, construction, industry, IT programming, etc.).
Her areas of expertise in labor law are diverse and focus particularly on labor negotiations (worktime arrangements, social dialogue, quality of work life, employee savings plans), business restructuring, employee transfers, the establishment of foreign companies in France, and the day-to-day management of HR operations for companies (employment contracts, mandatory postings, administrative formalities, internal regulations and policies, occupational health and safety, compliance with social regulations). She also manages internal investigations in cases of reported moral or sexual harassment, disciplinary procedures, pre-litigation negotiations, and representation in labor court proceedings.
