Thierry
Louzier
Legal Counsel - Senior Counsel
Trained in finance, Thierry Louzier spent nine years in a Private Equity fund, followed by nine years at Thomson in corporate finance and international taxation. He then served as a Director at TAJ/Deloitte and subsequently at Landwell/PwC (law firm) in the Transfer Pricing department (three years and nine years respectively). He later joined a smaller firm, Coffra (2020–2025), where he headed the Transfer Pricing department.
He joined De Gaulle Fleurance in March 2025 to continue his transfer pricing work and also bring his expertise in finance.
Transfer Pricing advisory work consists of three main phases: (1) structuring and designing transfer pricing policies; (2) documenting clients’ transfer pricing policies; and (3) assisting clients before, during, and after tax audits, including any negotiations with the tax authorities. This may concern both French and foreign companies, as transfer pricing rules are generally similar across countries worldwide.
