Lawyer - Senior Manager

Léa Oïffer-Bomsel specialises in banking and finance law. She advises portfolio management companies, investment service providers, credit institutions and insurance companies on the legislative and regulatory framework applicable to their business. In this context, she deals with all regulatory issues relating to the structure of these financial institutions, investment services, banking and insurance transactions and digital asset services.
It also assists these institutions in supervisory proceedings and litigation before the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) and the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution (ACPR).

Léa Oïffer-Bomsel has also developed solid skills in structuring investment funds. In this context, she advises portfolio management companies subject to the AIFM directive on the creation and marketing of their investment funds (FPCI, FIPS, SLP, OFS, “Other FIAs”, etc.).
Léa Oïffer-Bomsel also advises institutional investors on their subscriptions to all types of investment funds. She advises them in the negotiation of the constitutive documentation of the funds in which they invest.
Lastly, Léa Oïffer-Bomsel assists innovative project promoters with the registration and optional authorisation procedure as a digital asset service provider (DASP) with the AMF.
Before joining the De Gaulle Fleurance Avocats Notaires group, Léa Oïffer-Bomsel worked as a lawyer in the Legal Department of the portfolio management company La Française Asset Management and at the insurance company AXA France.
