Kevin Ishac’s practice focuses on issues relating to intellectual property law, digital law and new technologies, as well as all types of commercial contracts.
In this capacity, he advises both French and international clients on issues relating to the valuation of their intangible assets and the protection of their interests.
In particular, he works with leading clients in sectors such as IT solutions, healthcare, retail and digital advertising. He is also involved in innovative projects such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things (IoT) and blockchain technology. His passion for technology enables him to understand the technical requirements and provide specialist legal expertise in the commercial aspects of these projects.
As holder of the Europrivacy certificate, he assists clients with data protection and privacy issues in a variety of ways, including audit procedures, drafting GDPR documentation, negotiating contracts, assisting with data protection impact assessments and analysing the risks of processing sensitive personal data.
He has also developed particular expertise in the internal implementation of compliance with personal data protection regulations, notably through a year’s secondment to one of the major players in the civil aviation industry.
