After receiving training in financial analysis and law, David has been assisting an international clientele (mainly European and Asian companies) for more than ten years with their investments on the African continent, African states, particularly with regard to the review of legal texts, and African companies.
David works at the Gaulle Fleurance law firm on the African continent, specialising in both public business law (PPPs, concessions, public procurement, etc.) and coporate law, particularly in OHADA countries.
He has also draft a thesis on the United Nations Development Programme, a subsidiary body of the United Nations General Assembly. This work has enabled him to address the issue of strengthening the national capacities of African states, particularly in the framework of development law.
