Lawyer

After practicing as a lawyer in 2021 at a firm specializing in renewable energy law, Jean-Baptiste Duclercq joined De Gaulle Fleurance in 2025.

He assists both private and public operators, in litigation and advisory services, in complex transactions. He is particularly involved in public procurement, public contracts, environmental permits, and urban planning aspects of various projects.

A PhD in law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and winner of the Constitutional Council’s Thesis Prize, Jean-Baptiste Duclercq is a lecturer in public law at the University of Paris-Saclay UVSQ, where he teaches renewable energy law and public contract law.
