De Gaulle Fleurance promotes Margaux Baratte, Claire Haas and Thibault Hubert as Senior Counsels

Finance : Margaux Baratte, Claire Haas and Thibault Hubert have been promoted to Senior Counsels at De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés.

Margaux Baratte, Claire Haas and Thibault Hubert work primarily on syndicated financing, acquisition, LBOs, real estate and corporate financing transactions with borrowers, banks and financial institutions, covering a wide range of bank financings. Margaux and Claire are also involved in project financing in the energy sector.

Before joining De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés in 2019, Margaux Baratte practiced 7 years in Anglo-Saxon law firms. She holds a Master II Professional Degree in Business Law 214 from the University of Paris Dauphine (2011) and an LL.M European Business Law from the University of Essex (UK).

Claire Haas has been an associate at De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés since 2013, after havinfg practiced for one year in another firm. She holds a Master II in Business Law from the University of Paris-V (2010).

An associate at De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés since 2014, Thibault Hubert was previously in charge of the legal and financial structuring of seed capital transactions at ACD Capital. He holds a Master II in Business Law (specialization in corporate law, 2007) and an MSc in Management from EM Lyon (2013).
