Legal Counsel
Aliénor Nin specialises in banking and financial law, with a particular focus on crypto-assets. She is currently working on a doctoral thesis examining the environmental impact of crypto-assets, under the supervision of Professor Thierry Bonneau at Paris-Panthéon-Assas University. Her career has led her to carry out regulatory analyses in the banking, insurance, financial and crypto-asset sectors. In addition, she has worked at a credit institution on issues relating to corporate governance, stock market law and social and environmental responsibility, as well as on banking litigation and the duty of care at a law firm. She has also led tutorials in civil law at the University of Paris Panthéon-Assas. In 2026, she joined De Gaulle Fleurance Avocats & Associés as a legal adviser pending her swearing-in.
