Transfer pricing: De Gaulle Fleurance strengthens its international tax advisory services with the arrival of Thierry Louzier
Thierry Louzier, an HEC Paris graduate, joins De Gaulle Fleurance as Senior Counsel.
With 25 years of experience in transfer pricing, acquired in large international companies and consulting firms, he assists international groups in all major international tax matters: structuring transfer pricing policies, documentation, economic analysis, asset valuation, reorganization, advice in the event of tax audits and litigation.
With the arrival of Thierry Louzier, De Gaulle Fleurance is strengthening its support for international companies in France and abroad, particularly in Abu Dhabi, Switzerland, and West Africa, with an integrated, operational, and pragmatic approach from the group’s various locations.
“The complexity of transfer pricing requires much more than just a thorough understanding of the applicable tax rules,” explains Thierry Louzier, Senior Counsel at De Gaulle Fleurance. “It also requires a deep understanding of how international groups operate in practice, strong financial skills, and the ability to think out of the box to find truly innovative solutions tailored to each client’s challenges and needs. It is this combination of multiple technical requirements, creativity, and personal commitment that I strive to bring to each of my customers.”
“Transfer pricing is becoming increasingly important as a major tax issue for multinational groups,” observes Vincent Schmitt, partner at De Gaulle Fleurance. “That’s why the arrival of Thierry Louzier in our group is a real asset for our clients.”
