May Jarjour specialises in banking and finance law. She assists French and foreign credit institutions, debt funds and borrowers in negotiating, setting up and restructuring their financing transactions. More specifically, she advises on leveraged buy out acquisition (LBO) financing transactions, whether through bank debt or bond issuance, real estate financing transactions (whether involving acquisition, construction or promotion) alongside our team of notaries, corporate syndicated facilities and receivable-based financings (securitisation, factoring, purchase programmes).
