De Gaulle Fleurance advised Caisse d’Epargne et de Prévoyance d’Auvergne et du Limousin, Société Générale and Banque Populaire du Sud, in the financing of Capital Export’s acquisition of a share in Symétrie, the French leader in the design, manufacture and marketing of high-precision hexapods.
This operation represents a strategic step in accelerating Symétrie’s international development and initiating the first phase of its handover.
With over 25 years’ experience, Symétrie is an international force in metrology, recognized for its technical expertise and capacity for innovation. Its high-precision hexapods, designed and assembled in Nîmes, are used by major customers in over 30 countries, in strategic sectors such as aeronautics, optics, semiconductors, space, research and defence.
Caisse d’Epargne et de Prévoyance d’Auvergne et du Limousin (Stéphane Courageot and Kilian Khenifar), Société Générale and Banque Populaire du Sud were assisted by partner May Jarjour and senior manager Vahan Guevorkian at De Gaulle Fleurance.
