Stéphane Baller will be joining De Gaulle Fleurance in July 2020 as an Of Counsel after 17 years as a partner in a leading international firm, where he will experience the entrepreneurial, innovative and disruptive dynamics of an agile, human-scale organisation at the service of its clients.
With a background in tax, corporate restructuring, the Commission des Opérations de Bourse, then as a chartered accountant/auditor, and as the creator of the governance, internal control, fraud and risk management activities, his career has been split between legal and accounting issues for almost 40 years.
He was behind the Observatoires and Rendez Vous de l’Innovation series to develop the client experience, TechnoDroit, the Matrice Avocats Droits, the DU Transformation Digitale du Droit & Legaltech Panthéon Assas and has developed his expertise in innovation and development of the legal market, while at the same time committing himself to promoting diversity and inclusion in the law with the creation of Droit comme un H!
