Julia Pirinoli is a lawyer specialized in contract law, intellectual property, technology, and personal data.
After working as an associate in an Anglo-Saxon law firm, she founded her own law firm in 2023. In 2022, as a consultant for Monaco’s Digital Transition Delegation, she contributed to the development of legislation on blockchain, metaverse, and NFTs. She also co-founded a legaltech company focused on intellectual property. she also teaches at the Legaltech Diploma (Assas University) and in incubators.
She advises innovative companies, companies in cosmetics, perfumery, and laboratories on their strategies for protecting creations/innovations, GDPR compliance, and commercial/IT contracts (T&Cs, DPAs, licenses, SaaS, SLAs, etc.). She also practices intellectual property litigation (software, trademarks, licenses, competition).
Responsive and curious, she uses law as a development lever and strategic tool through a pragmatic, business-oriented approach.
