
Claire Tergeman promoted to partner at De Gaulle Fleurance Avocats Notaires
Claire Tergeman, an employment lawyer, will be promoted to partner in January 2025 at De Gaulle Fleurance.
Claire Tergeman holds a DEA in labor law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and a DEA in sociology of law from the University of Panthéon-Assas (Paris II). She has been with De Gaulle Fleurance Avocats Notaires since 2015.
Claire assists companies with all their employment law issues, particularly during acquisition, disposal and reorganization phases. Her employment law advisory practice is complemented by solid experience in labor and social security litigation. She also deals with issues relating to the disclosure of confidential information by employees (loyalty, non-competition, confidentiality and business secrecy). Claire has also developed expertise in the management of employee inventions and creations.
