Our Geneva-based lawyers have extensive expertise in French, European, and Swiss law, and are qualified to practice in both jurisdictions. They advise multinational corporations, industrial companies, financial institutions, private equity funds, investment fund managers, EMEA-based investors, and single and multi-family offices on their investment projects in Switzerland and across the European Union.

Position Description

As an intern, you will be fully involved in the firm’s day-to-day work and will assist lawyers mainly with advisory assignments and ongoing disputes.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct legal research and contribute to the drafting of legal memoranda, contracts, litigation submissions, training materials, and other legal documents.
  • Participate more broadly in the handling of matters across various practice areas, including corporate law, cross-border M&A, banking and finance law, as well as both advisory and litigation work.

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate (or final-year student) with a DJCE (Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise) or, preferably, a Master’s degree in Business Law and Taxation from a leading French university.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
