Postif

He is an Of Counsel at an international law firm, specialising in public business law and energy law, after having served as General Counsel and then Ethics Director and Ethics Officer at GRDF. He advises winners of offshore wind tenders on the negotiation of industrial contracts and related amendments, including those concerning the construction of foundations, and assists major power consumers in securing settlement agreements and addressing disputes with suppliers over electricity pricing mechanisms. He also advises several companies on energy savings certificates, MaPrimeAdapt and MaPrimeRénov’ schemes. Recently, he acted in litigation before the French Conseil d’État that resulted in the annulment of a ministerial order that too broadly defined domestic fuel oils taken into account for setting energy savings obligations. He was successful in the national competitive examination for the recruitment of Administrative Court judges in 1990.
