Job Description
Within De Gaulle Fleurance, the Tax Department is looking for an Associate to join its Geneva office.
You will have the opportunity to work on matters relating to:
- corporate tax for leading international groups, particularly industrial and real estate companies operating notably in France and Switzerland;
- private client tax for leading family shareholders (UHNWI / HNWI) based in the European Union, Switzerland and the BRICS countries.

Profile
- Holder of the French CAPA qualification and a Master 2 degree in Business Law and Tax Law, ideally with a DJCE and a specialised certificate in Tax Law.
- Newly qualified or with one to two years of experience in a leading law firm; internships or successful experience in tax law.
- Academic background with honours in Master 1 and/or Master 2 from one of the leading French law faculties (Paris II, Lyon III, Montpellier, Strasbourg, Poitiers, etc.).
- Strong analytical and drafting skills.
- Willing and able to handle matters involving both tax law and business law.
- Rigorous, dynamic and hard-working.
- Entrepreneurial mindset expected of business lawyers.
- Languages: good command of English, both spoken and written; German would be an asset.
