Cécile Gaubert advises on space law, representing a French and international client base that includes satellite operators, manufacturers, space agencies and NewSpace companies on a broad range of legal and strategic matters.

She advises clients on complex contractual structuring, the negotiation of sophisticated commercial agreements and regulatory compliance, with particular expertise in export control regulations. She also supports clients involved in major European space programmes, including EGNOS and Galileo.

Drawing on extensive experience gained both in private practice and in-house—including as General Counsel and Executive Committee member, as well as Head of the Aviation and Space Insurance Legal Department at one of the world’s leading insurance brokers—she delivers pragmatic, business-oriented legal solutions tailored to her clients’ commercial objectives.
