Charlotte Buraux specialises in various areas of business litigation and advises, assists and represents company directors and businesses before the French civil and criminal courts.
Her practice focuses in all ranges of business and corporate litigation, including shareholder disputes, enforcement of shareholders’ agreements, directors’ and shareholders’ liability and post-acquisition litigation. She also handles commercial litigation (unfair competition, contractual disputes, etc.)
Charlotte Buraux also has developed expertise in business criminal law. It is involved both in the prevention of criminal risk (setting up delegations of authority, deploying compliance programmes, etc.) and in criminal defence (as part of investigations or preparatory enquiries, but also before the criminal courts).
