Thibaut Brenot joined De Gaulle Fleurance Avocats & Associés in 2020 after working in the compliance departments of international companies and the compliance and business litigation departments of other law firms.
Thibaut Brenot primarily focuses on compliance issues, for which he has a global and precise understanding of the various topics (anti-corruption, international sanctions, whistle-blowing, combating money laundering and the financing of terrorism, duty of care and CSR). Through his experience, Thibaut Brenot has also developed expertise in competition and consumer law.
This expertise enables Thibaut Brenot to assist our clients in implementing their compliance programs, as well as in the management of inspections by the authorities and litigation related to these topics.
