Adèle Binnié’s practice focuses on intellectual property (trademarks, copyright, patents, designs and models), personal data and new technologies, digital law and commercial law, both in consulting and litigation.
A holder of the Europrivacy certificate, she assists clients with all their data protection issues (audit procedures, drafting RGPD documentation, negotiating contracts, assisting with data protection impact assessments, etc.).
